We have exclusively partnered with a Development firm based in Dallas who are looking to add a Development Manager to their team. They Developer data center, utility-scale solar, storage & wind projects across ERCOT & MISO (South). Due to ongoing growth, they are creating a completely new role for an additional Developer to join.

About Our Client

An incredibly well-backed Development firm that is in their fourth year of operations are looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager.

With a highly experienced team of professionals that have worked at some of the most notable IPPs + Development firms in the industry, you will have the chance to take the lead on your projects and receive excellent mentorship from the team throughout the process.

To date, they have Developed data center, solar, storage and wind projects across both ERCOT & MISO.

Job Description

The Development Manager (Data Centers) will:

  • Effectively work with the existing Development team on Utility-scale projects
  • This role will focus on data center projects in TX
  • Manage a portfolio of 9 data center projects (all with ERCOT)
  • Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses
  • Liaise directly with the client on the progress of the 9 data center projects as they mature through their life cycle

The Successful Applicant

The Development Manager (Data Centers) will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is desirable
  • 6+ years experience within the renewable industry, ideally in Project Development
  • Ideally has exposure to utility-scale solar or storage projects
  • Must have experience in overseeing a data center project
  • Based anywhere in Texas

What's on Offer

  • $140,000 - $160,000 base salary
