Director, AI Transformation & Intelligent Business Enablement

• Lead AI transformation initiatives across the Technology department, connecting business needs with practical technology plans.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and intelligent business tools to improve decision-making and day-to-day work.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans for intelligent business enablement initiatives.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to clarify goals, requirements, and expected outcomes.
• Guide the rollout of AI-enabled capabilities so teams can adopt new tools effectively.
• Track initiative progress, address delivery issues, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Promote consistent use of AI and intelligent tools across relevant business processes.
• Align technology activities with business priorities to support measurable operational improvements.
