This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organisation with a strong project pipeline, established client relationships, and ambitious growth plans.Job DescriptionReporting to the executive leadership team, the Director of Construction will be responsible for overseeing all construction operations, driving financial performance, and supporting the continued expansion of a successful design-build business. The Director of Construction will play a critical leadership role across project delivery, safety, pre-construction, client management, and team development.Lead the construction division with full profit and loss accountability for an annual revenue stream of approximately $50 million.Provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent projects across industrial, manufacturing, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, and advanced technology markets.Manage and develop a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Superintendents.Drive project execution excellence, ensuring delivery against budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.Partner closely with engineering, pre-construction, and executive teams to support business growth and client satisfaction.Maintain strong relationships with key clients while identifying opportunities for repeat business and operational improvement.Champion a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and high-performance project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
