This individual will act as a key business partner to finance, operations, and commercial leadership, providing insight into cash flow, margins, and performance drivers.This is a hands‑on role requiring strong modelling capability, commercial judgement, and comfort operating in a lean team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and maintenance of 13‑week rolling cash flow forecastsPrepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadershipDevelop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecast updatesPerform customer‑ and product‑level Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analysisDrive cost centre reporting, variance analysis, and spend controlSupport demand planning and production purchasing through financial analysisBuild, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decisionsPartner cross‑functionally to improve data integrity and reporting accuracySupport bank covenant reporting and lender requirementsAssist with Power BI dashboards and reportingLead ad‑hoc analysis and special projects as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
