Job Description

  • Own and manage a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Produce and present monthly financial reporting packages to senior leadership
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecast revisions
  • Conduct customer and product-level profitability analysis, including Direct Contribution Margin (DCM)
  • Oversee cost center tracking, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Partner with operations on demand planning and purchasing decisions through financial insights
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy and data integrity
  • Support lender reporting requirements, including covenant compliance
  • Contribute to reporting and dashboard development using Power BI
  • Handle special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
  • Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce environments strongly preferred
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills required
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Familiarity with Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analysis is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
