Known for its entrepreneurial culture and long-term growth strategy, the organisation offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value real estate and infrastructure projects.Job DescriptionReporting to senior leadership within the real estate and development function, the Senior Manager, Real Estate Site Selection, Acquisition & Development will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic land acquisition and development initiatives across multiple markets.Lead site selection, acquisition and development efforts for large-scale infrastructure projects.Create and execute regional location strategies to support long-term growth objectives.Manage land acquisition negotiations and oversee complex commercial agreements with landowners, developers and investors.Direct entitlement, rezoning and permitting processes while building strong relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.Coordinate technical due diligence activities, including environmental, engineering and infrastructure assessments.Partner with internal functions including engineering, legal, tax, construction, policy and regulatory teams to drive project success.Prepare investment recommendations, project summaries and strategic presentations for executive stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
