Our client is a rapidly growing, family owned real estate company. They specialize in purchasing residential properties directly from homeowners. The business focuses on helping people sell homes quickly, particularly in situations involving foreclosure, inherited properties, unwanted homes, major repairs, financial hardship, or other circumstances where a traditional real estate sale may not be ideal. As a family-owned company, it emphasizes fast closings, personalized solutions, and purchasing homes.

They are rapidly growing, the last 3 years their annual sales have doubled consecutively.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the entire sales organization, including inside sales, acquisitions, and field-based sales teams.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top-performing sales professionals capable of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, training programs, and performance standards that drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement across the sales team.
  • Monitor and optimize key sales metrics, including lead conversion, appointment-setting performance, close rates, pipeline management, and overall team productivity.
  • Leverage CRM tools and reporting to improve sales effectiveness, visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead flow, customer experience, and revenue generation.
  • Provide hands-on leadership through field coaching, call reviews, and direct involvement in high-value sales opportunities when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve follow-up processes, and create a world-class sales operation.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for building a scalable, high-performing sales organization that supports the company's long-term growth objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in a commission-driven, customer-facing sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success both as an individual contributor and as a sales leader, with the ability to personally close deals while coaching others to improve performance.
  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent while building a culture centered on accountability, execution, and results.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to engage directly in the sales process, from field coaching and deal strategy to pipeline reviews and performance management.
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with the ability to leverage KPIs, CRM data, and reporting tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience implementing structured sales processes, training programs, and operational systems that improve team effectiveness and scalability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building organizations, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced growth environment.
