DOB Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with DOB regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure working environment.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of project progress and compliance records.
• Serve as the main point of contact for DOB inspections and address any compliance issues promptly.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
