DOB Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee daily construction site activities to keep project work aligned with approved plans and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain steady progress across active work areas.
• Review completed work on site and address issues that could affect quality, timing, or project delivery.
• Track construction progress and communicate updates, priorities, and site needs to project stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized job site and coordinate materials, equipment, and access needed for planned work.
• Monitor site conditions and promote safe work practices throughout construction activities.
• Work with the Construction department to resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward.
