DOB Superintendent - Manhattan - Construction

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all Department of Buildings (DOB) codes and regulations in Manhattan.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, addressing any delays or changes effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and safety logs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
