Job Description

    • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
    • Ensure compliance with NYC DOB regulations, site safety requirements, and company standards
    • Drive project milestones while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule objectives
    • Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders
    • Review drawings, identify issues, and implement solutions in the field
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily logs
    • Foster a safe and productive jobsite culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • Proven experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
    • Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations, permitting, inspections, and code compliance
    • Experience managing commercial interiors, renovations, and construction projects in NYC
    • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project schedules
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • OSHA certification and relevant NYC site safety credentials preferred
    • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of successfully managing fast-paced projects
