Our client is a Georgia‑based commercial interiors contractor specializing in drywall and high‑end interior build‑outs, with a strong focus on Class A office spaces and healthcare environments. They are known for delivering precise, schedule‑driven work in complex occupied spaces, maintaining strong relationships with general contractors and clients, and developing long‑term talent within their team.

Job Description

  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating drywall and interior scope on commercial projects
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
  • Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and coordination
  • Help manage subcontractors, schedules, and material procurement
  • Attend project meetings and communicate updates with internal teams and clients
  • Track project progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation
  • Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure seamless execution of interior finishes

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in drywall or interior trades
  • Exposure to Class A office, healthcare, or high‑finish tenant improvement projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, finishes, and sequencing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
