Job Description

  • Independently manage commercial drywall projects from pre‑construction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and material procurement
  • Coordinate closely with field supervision and internal teams to ensure project delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact with general contractors and project stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $10M-$36M in drywall scope
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-5+ years of experience managing commercial drywall projects
  • Background with a drywall subcontractor or a GC that self‑performs drywall
  • Proven ability to run projects independently without APM support
  • Experience on large‑scale new construction projects
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable working in an office‑based role with site visits as required
