Job Description

The Drywall Project Manager - Commercial Construction - MD will:

  • Manage commercial drywall projects ranging from $10M-$36M in value
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
  • Coordinate with general contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Lead projects independently without APM support
  • Attend in-office workdays in Elkridge, MD with site visits as required
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Deliver projects for public, private, and government clients

The Successful Applicant

The Drywall Project Manager - Commercial Construction - MD will receive:

  • 4-5 years of experience managing commercial drywall projects
  • Background with a drywall contractor or GC that self-performs drywall
  • Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to work in-office full time with regional site travel
