They offer a stable platform, significant project backlog, and long-term growth opportunities for experienced construction professionals.Job DescriptionThe Drywall Project Manager - Large Projects - Maryland will be responsible for:Managing large, complex commercial drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceiling projects from award through closeoutReviewing and fully understanding contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scope requirementsDeveloping and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and material procurement plansCoordinating sequencing and logistics with field leadership and other trades to maintain schedule and critical pathManaging material buyout, vendor relationships, and timely deliveries to support field productionTracking job costs, reviewing cost reports, and maintaining project profitabilityManaging RFIs, change orders, scope clarifications, and documentation throughout the project lifecycleConducting regular site visits to monitor progress, production, quality, and safetyEnsuring work is completed in accordance with contract requirements, fire‑rated assemblies, and finish level standardsSupporting monthly billings, change order pricing, and forecastingLeading project closeout activities including punchlists, inspections, and final documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
