Our collaborative culture provides engineers with the opportunity to work on impactful projects, expand technical expertise, and contribute to critical infrastructure initiatives across the region.Job DescriptionPerform transmission line design for overhead HV/EHV systemsPrepare engineering calculations, routing evaluations, and technical specificationsDevelop and review:Structure loading calculationsSag and tension analysisPole and tower spottingFoundation recommendationsConstruction packages and drawingsUtilize industry software such as PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and related engineering toolsCoordinate with civil, structural, and substation engineering teamsSupport project execution, schedules, budgets, and client communicationEnsure compliance with NESC, utility standards, and applicable regulatory requirementsProvide technical support during construction, procurement, and field activitiesParticipate in quality reviews and engineering deliverablesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
