They serve various industries including healthcare, data centers, large buildings, campuses, and more, to ensure their energy and infrastructure is moderinzed and sustainable.Job DescriptionAuthorized to sign and seal engineering deliverables while ensuring compliance with quality and technical standards.Directs and reviews the design of solar generation, battery energy storage, fuel cell, and combined heat and power systems, providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.Conducts and validates analyses for utility interconnections, arc flash assessments, short-circuit studies, and protective device coordination.Oversees electrical engineering project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable management.Leads planning and execution of site assessments, field investigations, and 3D laser scanning activities as required.Addresses and resolves complex technical, design, and multidisciplinary coordination issues.Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and quality review of engineering work performed by junior staff.Operates with considerable independence and decision-making authority in managing assigned responsibilities.Supports the professional growth of engineers and designers through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.Collaborates closely with clients, utility providers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Contributes to business development efforts by providing technical expertise for proposals, client presentations, and ongoing relationship management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
