Job Description

The Electrical Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for a major multi-year client programme. This role is ideal for an Electrical Project Manager who enjoys combining operational execution, customer engagement, and commercial responsibility.

  • Manage the successful delivery of a multi-year electrical services programme
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Lead field operations, including supervision of crews, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Prepare and review estimates using RSMeans and other industry-standard estimating tools
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Identify opportunities for additional project work, service agreements, and long-term account growth

The Successful Applicant

For the Electrical Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing commercial or institutional electrical projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead electrical crews and field operations
  • Strong client-facing and account management capabilities
  • Experience preparing estimates using RSMeans or similar estimating platforms
  • Solid understanding of project costing, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Business development, relationship-building, or revenue-generation experience would be highly advantageous but is not required
