Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, procurement strategies, and staffing plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate activities among project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owners.



Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and cash flow.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to protect project profitability.
  • Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance.



Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication regarding project status.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive future opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive owner experience throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $145,000
  • Total Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000+
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based incentives
