Known for its people-first culture and commitment to excellence, the organization consistently delivers complex projects while maintaining long-standing relationships with clients, architects, and industry partners.With a growing Nashville portfolio and a strong pipeline of negotiated work, this is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning contractor with significant opportunities for career advancement.Job DescriptionProject Leadership & ExecutionManage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.Develop project execution plans, schedules, procurement strategies, and staffing plans.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate activities among project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owners.Financial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and cash flow.Oversee contract administration, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.Identify potential risks and implement strategies to protect project profitability.Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication regarding project status.Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive future opportunities.Ensure a positive owner experience throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
