Job Description

As the Construction Estimator, you will report into senior project leadership and work closely with Project Managers to support pre‑construction activities across multiple live and upcoming schemes.

  • Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial and multifamily new‑build projects
  • Complete take‑offs, pricing analysis and bid submissions
  • Review drawings, specifications and scopes to identify risks, gaps and value‑engineering opportunities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers through pre‑construction and handover phases
  • Support workload growth by helping formalise and strengthen the pre‑construction function
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders throughout the estimating process

The Successful Applicant

For the Construction Estimator, we are seeking:

  • 7-10 years' experience in commercial construction estimating
  • Proven background in commercial and/or multifamily new‑build projects
  • No residential‑only estimating experience
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver from day one
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical, accountable mindset
  • Comfortable working in an office‑based, collaborative environment
