Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates using drawings, specifications, and takeoffs
  • Analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure competitive and complete bids
  • Collaborate with project managers and operations teams during preconstruction
  • Identify risks, scope gaps, and cost‑saving opportunities during the estimating process
  • Support bid submissions, value engineering, and proposal reviews
