Estimator - Construction - Hartford

• Prepare detailed and accurate project cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Analyze project documents, including blueprints and specifications, to assess material and labor needs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor project budgets and adjust estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements during the estimation process.
