Estimator - Construction - Manhattan

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to the project management team.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and bid submissions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions.
