Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate project evaluations.
  • Analyze project requirements, materials, and labor costs to develop comprehensive budgets.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
