Estimator - Construction - Manhattan

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project needs.
• Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates on cost variances and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and related documents.
• Contribute to the development of bid proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, materials costs, and construction industry best practices.
