Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary data for accurate estimates.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain and update a database of material and labor costs for accurate forecasting.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets to ensure alignment with estimates and financial goals.
  • Provide support in negotiating contracts and managing project timelines.
