Estimator - Construction - New York

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Construction projects in the Property industry.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing for materials and labor.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and construction costs in Manhattan.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders for decision-making purposes.
• Ensure that all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and provide adjustments as needed to maintain financial goals.
