Job Description

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited by the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be highly organized, professional, adaptable, and eager to build a long-term career in executive support.

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Ensure the CEO is prepared and informed for all meetings and events.
  • Build foundational executive support skills with mentor-ship and long-term growth potential.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant to CEO should have:

    • At least one year of professional office experience or relevant internship experience.
    • A genuine interest in building a career in executive support or business operations.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
    • Strong judgment, discretion, and maturity when handling sensitive information.
    • Comfort working onsite in New York City five days per week.
    • A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
    • Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, events, or projects is preferred.
