Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior team members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including supply inventory and vendor coordination.
  • Support event planning and execution for internal and external meetings.
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant - Entry Level should have:
