Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other key materials as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and management of internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

A successful Exectutive Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles is beneficial.
