Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for leadership.
  • Manage and organize internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries for senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Financial Services experience is a MUST
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant in financial services firm within private equity is needed.
