Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and meetings.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to important documents.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
