Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Support project management and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and initiatives to support the consultancy and strategy department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
