Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and other documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Oversee office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace for executives.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
