Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal time management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects, events, or initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and manage incoming communications, including emails and calls, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
  • Support additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Someone kickstarting their career
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
