Federal Construction- Superintendent- Toms River, NJ

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for federal and military projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and federal regulations, including EM 385 and DoD-specific requirements
• Coordinate closely with project managers, government representatives, and inspectors to maintain communication and project alignment
• Lead project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders using Procore or similar project management software
• Maintain project quality control standards in accordance with USACE and other federal agency guidelines
• Enforce site safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and proactively mitigate risks
• Oversee logistics, site coordination, and material deliveries to ensure efficient workflow
• Support project closeout processes, including punch lists, inspections, and turnover documentation
