Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction operations from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with federal construction standards and regulations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Maintain safety, quality control, and project documentation
  • Conduct daily site meetings and manage field teams
  • Collaborate with PMs and leadership to ensure project success
  • Track progress and ensure milestone completion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Federal Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal projects (required)
  • Ability to manage projects independently in a structured environment
  • Strong understanding of federal construction processes and compliance
  • Willingness to work onsite in Sumter County or travel as needed
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Stable work history preferred

  • Base Salary: $90K - $120K
  • Per Diem: ~$68/day
