Job Description

  • Manage federal and government construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure all projects comply with federal regulations and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and manage project financials.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any project-related issues promptly to minimize delays.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control throughout the construction process.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all project participants.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Federal/Government Construction Project Manager should have:

5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor

Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation projects

Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Proficiency with budgeting, scheduling, and project management software

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
