Job Description

  • Walk the job site and check in with subcontractors
  • Supervise all field work alongside the Superintendent
  • Keep daily logs and upload photos to Procore
  • Occasionally assist in preconstruction planning
  • Communicate changes for change orders
  • Ensure site it clean and safe at the end of each day
  • Check and manage the daily construction schedule

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of experience working in general contracting (open to Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent title)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldis a plus
  • Experience managing administrative construction duties, including document control
  • Proficient in Bluebeam or Procore
  • Need to have a basic understanding of construction knowledge
  • Coachable
