Its solutions are widely applied in industries where precision, consistency, and regulatory compliance are essential.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer are:Perform installation, commissioning, and validation of analytical instruments and inspection systems at customer facilitiesExecute preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair activities to ensure optimal system performanceTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in lab and in-process equipmentProvide on-site and remote technical support to customers, minimizing downtimeTrain customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practiceDocument service activities, including service reports, calibration data, and compliance documentation.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, applications, and sales) to resolve technical challenges and improve product performanceSupport new product rollouts, upgrades, and system integration effortsIf interested, please apply using the link below.
