Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership across global Sales & GTM functions.
  • Partner with managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Coach leaders through complex employee relations and organizational challenges.
  • Use data and people metrics to identify trends and influence decision-making.
  • Proactively assess engagement, retention risks, and capability gaps.
  • Support and strengthen leadership capability through coaching and training.
  • Navigate and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent global support.
  • Drive process improvements through AI and automation tools.
  • Monitor market and workforce trends to inform talent strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • 5+ years of HR experience with 2+ years as an HRBP.
  • Experience supporting Sales and GTM teams.
  • Experience within a global organization (EMEA, APAC, Israel or LATAM).
  • Demonstrated success handling employee relations matters with professionalism.
  • Background in complex business environments with layered leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions.
  • Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and future-of-work trends.
