Job Description

  • Develop and implement global mobility tax strategies to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advise on tax implications related to expatriate assignments and cross-border workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address tax compliance issues and provide strategic insights.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns and other filings for globally mobile employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on global mobility tax matters.
  • Stay updated on global tax trends and legislative changes affecting mobility programs.
