Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end international payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with global and domestic tax laws.
  • Handle international payroll processing, reconciliations, and auditing.
  • Serve as subject matter export for international payroll procedures.
  • Manage dual tax obligations and tax equalizations
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures for efficient operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Payroll Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing payroll processes across numerous global entities (international experience is a must)
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment or similar industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
