Job Description

  • Manage post award grants and contracts administration from award through closeout.
  • Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and funding allocations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and review financial and programmatic reports for funders and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to donor regulations, contract terms, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with program and finance teams on budget development, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
  • Support audits, monitoring visits, and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain grant and contract documentation and reporting calendars.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance and financial risks related to funded programs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of grants and contracts management experience, preferably within a non profit organization.
  • Strong knowledge of grant compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing government and private foundation funding.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
