Job Description



  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in managing ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
    • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
    • Support procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout processes.
    • Track project budgets, schedules, and cost reports.
    • Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
    • Maintain project records utilizing Procore and other construction management software.
    • Assist field teams in resolving project issues and maintaining project schedules.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements.

The Successful Applicant



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
