They're known for strong field partnerships, disciplined cost control, and a culture centered on safety, quality, and accountability.Job DescriptionLead ground-up commercial projects from award through closeoutOversee site logistics, mobilization, safety planning, and subcontractor onboardingManage sitework/utilities coordination, foundations, concrete, steel, and envelopeDrive MEP/FP coordination, inspections, testing, and commissioning planningBuild and maintain master schedules (CPM), look-aheads, and recovery plansOwn project financials: budgets, cost-to-complete, forecasts, and monthly reportsExecute subcontractor buyout, procurement, and long-lead material trackingRun contract administration: AIA documentation, pay apps, lien waivers, COsLead RFI/submittal processes; coordinate design clarifications with A/E teamsChair OAC meetings; manage deliverables, minutes, and stakeholder alignmentEnsure compliance with building codes, permitting, and required inspectionsManage substantial completion, punch, closeout docs, as-builts, O&M manualsLeverage Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling toolsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
