The firm has built a reputation for innovation and is actively expanding into new market sectors and regions, creating exciting growth opportunities for its team.Job Description* Support the execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish* Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking to ensure successful delivery* Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to maintain project progress* Participate in weekly site visits while maintaining strong in-office collaboration* Utilize Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting* Ensure projects stay on schedule (18-24 months) and meet quality and safety standards* Communicate regularly with Project Managers and leadership on project updates and risksMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
