Ground Up Multifamily Superintendent - Tyler, TX

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily garden-style construction projects in Tyler, TX, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
