Backed by substantial financial strength, a multi-billion-dollar project portfolio, and long-term partnerships with major healthcare systems, the company is rapidly expanding throughout the Southeast while maintaining a collaborative, family-oriented culture where high performers can accelerate their careers and gain exposure to diverse, technically challenging projects.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion in the Hilton Head market.Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners.Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.Coordinate closely with project management and operations teams to ensure project success.Oversee healthcare, higher education, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects.Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project momentum.Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety regulations.Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Support project commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
