Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion in the Hilton Head market.
  • Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with project management and operations teams to ensure project success.
  • Oversee healthcare, higher education, commercial, and infrastructure construction projects.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety regulations.
  • Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support project commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
  • Experience as a Superintendent, Field Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role.
  • Active healthcare or hospital construction experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with higher education, institutional, or commercial projects is also desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) background is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and project execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated project success.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
