Healthcare Project Manager - General Contractor

• Manage healthcare construction projects from initial planning through closeout.
• Build and maintain project schedules to track key activities, deadlines, and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to keep construction work on track.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scope requirements to guide daily work.
• Monitor project budgets and costs to support informed project decisions.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and changes with internal teams and project stakeholders.
• Address project issues promptly and coordinate practical solutions that maintain progress.
• Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, reports, and project documentation.
